Faq
Please tell me about the parking fee and the time of use.
The parking fee is 1000 yen per one night. Parking is available from 17:00 to 10:00 am the next day.
Can I reserve a parking lot？
Parking lot is first-come-first-served.
Do you have a shuttle bus service？
There is no shuttle bus operated by this hotel. There is a direct bus from Kasai station to Tokyo Disney Land and Narita Airport.
What kind of breakfast is it？
We are selling bread from 6:00 am. We also have a coffee machine in the lounge, so you can buy coffe for a fee.
I made a reservation for a plan without breakfast, but can I have breakfast？
Breakfast is not operated on a reservation system and it is available to anyone.
Do you offer lunch or dinner？
We only offer breakfast.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel？
As long as it can be stored at the front desk, it is possible to receive it.Please contact the reception in advance.
*It is impossible to receive cash on delivery, so please be sure to send by advance payment.
Is there internet connection？
There is a free Wi-Fi connection in the whole building.
Can make a call from my room？
Calling to a number outside the hotel in the room is not available.

Can children sleep in the same bed as adults?
There is no additional charge for children under the age of 6 who sleep together in the same bed as adults. However, we do not offer bedding and amenities for children when sleeping together. If you need it, you can get it for a fee.
Is there a child fee？
There is no child fee. Children over 7 years old pay the same price as adults.
Can minors stay?
Minors can stay. However, if you are a minor (less than 20 years old) or if you are staying with minor, we ask you to submit a letter of consent of your parents. Please download the written consent for minors to stay below, fill it out by your parents and submit it to the front desk when you check-in.
